YouTube CEO Neal Mohan and Chef Sanjyot Keer have joined hands for an unexpected culinary collaboration.
Together, the two of them prepared the iconic Basket Chaat, a cherished local dish from Mohan’s hometown, Lucknow. Mohan, who spent his high school years in the city, took on the challenge of crafting the iconic snack and rekindled his love for the local cuisine.
Capturing their collaboration on camera, the duo gave viewers a heartwarming glimpse of their cooking process where the two were smiling as they made the famous chaat. Mohan worked under Sanjyot’s guidance and surprised viewers with his fluency in Hindi.
“Here’s the recipe to blow up your YouTube short: Step 1: Collaborate with Mr. Neal Mohan, CEO of YouTube. Step 2: Make Neal cook,” Sanjyot joked.
Neal replied, “But Sanjyot, I don’t know how to cook?”
“Don’t worry, main sab sambhal lunga. Just make sure this video blows up,” Keer responded.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Sanjyot shared a link to the YouTube channel.
