CargoFL Secures ₹6.75 Crore in Seed Funding to Transform Logistics Ecosystem

CargoFL, a pioneering B2B technology platform in logistics, has successfully closed its seed funding round with ₹6.75 crore. Leading the investment was YourNest Venture Capital, contributing ₹4.7 crore.

The round also saw participation from Real Time Angel Fund (RTAF) and Peaceful Progress Angel Fund, each investing ₹50 lakh. Additional contributions included ₹25 lakh from Sanchi Connect Accelerator and ₹80 lakh from prominent angel investors such as Dinesh Chandra Agarwal, Dinesh Gulati, Murugavel Janakiraman, and Rajesh Sawhney.

This Pune-based logistics innovator previously raised $135,000 in funding from HPCL and others. The fresh capital infusion will fuel CargoFL’s expansion in India and internationally across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and North America. The company plans to strengthen its sales infrastructure, enhance product capabilities in logistics and supply chain automation, and streamline client onboarding and implementation in these regions.

Founded in 2017 by Deepesh Kuruppath and Wasim Khan, CargoFL has positioned itself as an AI-driven decision intelligence platform for logistics and supply chain operations. The company’s proprietary operating system is engineered to cater to large enterprises, optimizing logistics operations with advanced solutions such as route planning, real-time tracking, transport management, and demand forecasting.

By leveraging the power of AI, CargoFL aims to redefine the logistics landscape, delivering efficiency and innovation to industries like retail, pharma, and manufacturing. Its vertical AI solutions enable seamless collaboration among stakeholders, including carriers, distributors, and suppliers, fostering operational excellence.

CargoFL has already secured partnerships with over 25 leading enterprises, including well-known brands such as Puma, Godrej, Schaeffler, Metro Brands, and Decathlon. The company aims to scale its annual recurring revenue (ARR) to $3 million within the next 18-24 months. To achieve this, CargoFL plans to onboard an additional 25 clients in India while expanding its footprint in international markets.
