Alliance City Developers has worked on 19 projects in the past ten years and is expanding its presence in Mumbai with an active pipeline

Mumbai, 24th April 2026: Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has a long history of delivering on schedule, even though projects are often delayed in the market. The Mumbai-based boutique developer has finished 12 projects in more than ten years, has 7 more in the works, and has 3 more planned bringing its total to 19 projects in key micro-markets.

Operating across neighbourhoods such as Matunga, Santacruz, Vile Parle, Malad, Borivali, and Mulund, the company has delivered over 1.2 million sq. ft. of residential space and handed over homes to more than 700 families. A consistent focus on a two-year delivery cycle has become a defining aspect of its execution approach.

Consistent Approach to Development

The city’s expansion has been fueled by a concentration on carefully chosen redevelopment projects, smart design and strict rules for getting things done. The developer has also been open about its projects by registering them with MahaRERA which shows that it is serious about following the rules and earning customers’ trust.

Its finished portfolio includes some well-known residential areas. The Times of India gave the Distinguished Redevelopment Project award to Alliance Nirmal Milan in Vile Parle East. Other projects that have been delivered in Matunga, Mulund and Malad have helped it become more well-known in the redevelopment market.

Ongoing and Upcoming Pipeline

Alliance City continues to maintain an active pipeline across Mumbai. Ongoing projects include 22 Alliance House and Alliance Tanvi in Vile Parle East, both focused on efficient layouts and practical urban living. The recently launched Alliance Harmony in Matunga introduces a one-residence-per-floor concept in a prime central location.

Among projects nearing completion, Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East is expected to receive its Occupation Certificate (OC) in the coming month. Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West, offering strong connectivity and proximity to key social infrastructure, is expected to receive its OC later this year. In Borivali West, Alliance Eternis has already secured its OC and is ready for possession.

The company also has three upcoming projects planned in Vile Parle, Sion and Mulund, further expanding its footprint in redevelopment-driven micro-markets.
