Ranbir Kapoor Stars in OPPO’s ‘Your Everyday AI Companion’ Campaign for the New Reno12 Series

In a dynamic blend of technology and star power, OPPO India has unveiled its latest campaign, “Your Everyday AI Companion,” featuring the charismatic Ranbir Kapoor alongside the innovative OPPO AI Avatar. Conceptualized by Famous Innovations, this campaign highlights the impressive capabilities of the new OPPO Reno12 Series smartphones, emphasizing how the OPPO AI Avatar can assist users in their daily lives.

The campaign includes four engaging short films that have been launched across social media, OTT platforms, and the official OPPO website. The first film premiered on July 4th, followed by the second on July 7th, with the remaining two set to debut on July 12th. Each film showcases a unique feature of the OPPO Reno12 Series, illustrating the practical and fun applications of AI technology.

In the inaugural film, Ranbir Kapoor’s attempt at a beach selfie is interrupted by distracting background elements. Turning to his OPPO AI Avatar, Ranbir uses the OPPO AI Eraser 2.0’s ‘Remove People’ feature to swiftly eliminate the unwanted “lovebirds” from his shot, highlighting the power and convenience of this AI tool.

 

The second film portrays a common photo mishap: Ranbir blinks just as a group photo is taken, and a lady walks into the frame. Once again, the OPPO AI Avatar comes to the rescue, digitally correcting Ranbir’s wink with the AI Best Face feature, ensuring a perfect group picture.

The third film takes viewers to a bustling beach market where Ranbir, engrossed in a lengthy phone conversation, seeks assistance from his AI companion. The OPPO AI Avatar utilizes advanced AI technology to provide Ranbir with concise and useful points from the conversation, demonstrating the efficiency of the Reno12 Series in managing everyday tasks.

In the final film, Ranbir faces a moment of panic after losing his friends and network connection. The OPPO AI Avatar, equipped with Beacon Link technology, helps Ranbir reconnect with his buddies, showcasing the device’s ability to maintain connectivity in challenging situations.

The OPPO Reno12 Pro 5G is available in two variants: INR 36,999 for the 12GB+256GB model and INR 40,999 for the 12GB+512GB version. The OPPO Reno12 5G, priced at INR 32,999, comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Reno12 Pro 5G will be available for purchase in India starting July 18th, while the Reno12 5G will be available from July 25th on the OPPO e-Store, Flipkart, and across mainline retail outlets.

The campaign has garnered positive reactions from netizens, with many expressing their excitement and appreciation for the new OPPO Reno12 Series.
