AIRTEL LAUNCHES SELF-SERVING MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM “AIRTEL IQ REACH”

Airtel IQ Reach aims to help small businesses solve key challenges when planning marketing campaigns.

Bharti Airtel, India’s second largest telecommunications provider, has announced the official launch of Airtel IQ Reach, a one-of-a-kind marketing communications platform which will help brands and companies drive targeted customer engagements through personalized communication.

Airtel IQ Reach is an intuitive platform that seeks to enable small and medium businesses to make the most of their marketing investments as they engage with target customers in a more cost-effective manner with prepaid pay-as-you-go plans.

The platform will also offer several valuable insights, comprehensive analytics and benefits to their customers, such as the ability to identity the right audience, measure their campaign effectiveness, and manage multiple channels through a centralized dashboard.

This self-serve portal will be a one-stop destination in order to empower businesses, specifically small and medium businesses, to have full control of their campaign execution by merely logging onto a single portal. It leverages Airtel’s strengths of infrastructure, data and engineering expertise along with cutting-edge technology, which will help them their customers design customized messages, upload and select target audiences, and scheduling their messages and tracking campaign effectiveness in just a few simple clicks.

According to Abhishek Biswal, business head – digital products and services, Airtel Digital, this new platform will offer three channels of communication: WhatsApp, a conversational channel; calls; and texts or SMS. In addition, the company is planning to launch the service in regional languages in order to connect with their audience on a local level.

Biswal elaborated that Airtel has designed this product keeping small businesses in mind, and have simplified the platform, user interface and payment models for the same reason. Since it is a product with a high retention, enterprises and small businesses will most likely want to keep using it for their communication needs, as long as it is built correctly.
