30th April, 2026 Manjyot Rait’s elevation marks nearly nine years of growth and leadership within Gozoop HAWK since joining the organisation Based out of Gozoop’s headquarters in Mumbai, Manjyot Rait will step into the role of Director – Brand Reputation Management, as part of the leadership team. This elevation aligns with HAWK’s continued focus on strengthening its customer service operations and building future-proof delivery capabilities.
Manjyot has been an integral part of Gozoop HAWK’s Brand Reputation Management journey since 2016, when he first joined as an Executive. Over the years, his consistent performance, deep operational understanding, and solution-oriented mindset have helped him grow into a trusted leader within the organisation. With over 9 years of professional experience, Manjyot has played a key role in managing high-stakes, always-on brand environments and leading critical brand partnerships with strong ownership and precision.
After completing his Business Management studies in New Zealand, Manjyot rejoined Gozoop, bringing with him a sharper global perspective and enhanced operational depth. His time in New Zealand also exposed him to deeper perspectives on people management, business continuity, and operating at scale. Known for his strong inclination towards technology & numbers, Manjyot has consistently demonstrated a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to identify and solve operational challenges while keeping business growth in onesight.
