The Festive Drop at Your Neighbourhood Izakaya in BKC – Supa San’s New Menu, Christmas Vibes & Cozy Decor

Supa San, BKC is spreading some festive cheer with a special seasonal drop, a brand-new dessert, and a line-up of cozy, Christmas-inspired cocktails. Think comfort, colour, and a little holiday magic at your neighbourhood izakaya. At the centre of this festive menu is the Japanese Strawberry Cake, a soft and airy sponge layered with smooth pastry cream and served with a bright strawberry sorbet. In Japan, strawberries are closely linked to Christmas traditions, symbolising joy, celebration, and togetherness, and the classic Japanese Christmas cake has become an important part of the holiday season. Supa San’s version pays respect to this tradition while giving it a clean and modern touch that fits perfectly into the restaurant’s colourful and lively style.

Rum & Raisin blends Viva El Ron Cuban White Rum, Licor 43 Original, Rum Blend, Cashew Orgeat, Orange, and Winter Spices, creating a warm, rich flavour perfect for the season.
