1932 Trevi Presents Uncut Gems: A Cocktail Journey Through Time and Stone

The menu dives deep into the origins, legends, and beauty of gemstones, turning history into flavour and imagination into craft. Each cocktail tells a story, a journey through culture and time, embodied in a glass.

Highlights include Coral Reef, a bold concoction of smoky reposado tequila, spiced Pelati mix, and a Trevi Masala Rim that channels the fiery vibrancy of coral reefs. Ceylon shimmers with the hues of blue sapphire, blending spirulina-infused rum with spiced honey, ginger tincture, and a splash of pineapple-vanilla soda — a tropical homage to SriLanka’s sapphire legacy.

The serene Song of Pearls celebrates elegance with Grey Goose vodka, floral vermouth, white confection, and a jasmine spray — as smooth and timeless as moonlit waters. Rounding out the collection is the Trevi Paloma, a sparkling reinterpretation of the classic Paloma, marrying tequila with plum Mathania cordial and fresh grapefruit, capturing the magic of Rome’s Trevi Fountain.
