#AgencyDissect: SW Network

1. Who are we?

SW Network is an independent, integrated advertising agency built on a mission — to add value.
Founded in 2015 by Pranav Agarwal and Raghav Bagai, it began with a small crew, big ideas, and the belief that good work always finds its place. No shortcuts, no noise. Just a focus on building something real.
From a handful of people, SW Network has grown into a 300+ strong team, shaping campaigns across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. The agency partners with brands that believe in sharp ideas, clear execution, and results that matter to the real world.
The journey so far has been powered by curiosity, consistency, and the belief that impact is not a bonus; it is the goal. Every brief, every campaign, every conversation is a chance to add something meaningful. And that is what keeps the engine running.

2. What does the agency do?

SW Network brings integrated advertising solutions under one roof working across creative, content production, influencer marketing, and performance media. The agency is built around four key verticals that form its ecosystem:

SW Creative is the digital-first creative leg of the agency. It focuses on building ideas that are insight-led, culturally sharp, and crafted to connect with audiences across platforms.

SW Studios handles end to end production. From digital films to large-scale shoots, Studios ensures that ideas are brought to life with speed, passion, and craft.

Youthbeat is the campus ambassador and creator network. It helps brands engage with student communities, creators, and cultural ambassadors in a way that feels natural and credible.

SW Growth Labs focuses on ROI-driven marketing. It ensures that creative work is backed by strong media, data, tech, and performance, so that brands see real business results.

Each vertical brings a clear focus and works in sync with each other, making sure brands get seamless results from strategy to execution.

3. What is the size and the strength of the company?

SW Network is powered by a team of over 300 members across its offices in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. It is a diverse team of creatives and strategists, each bringing different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to the table.

This diversity helps the oragnisation stay sharp, collaborative, and focused on delivering work that feels real and relevant.

4. What are the various services that your agency caters to?

SW Network caters to a wide range of services, including:

Brand strategy and communication planning

Campaign Ideation and execution

Video production and film making

5. Some notable clients and campaigns you’ve worked on?

Tide vs Holi Stains:
Every Holi, people assume their stained clothes are ruined. To challenge this belief, SW Network collected 644 Holi-stained T-shirts, washed them spotless with Tide, and built a giant billboard out of them. Placed just in time for Holi, it became a living proof of Tide’s stain-removal power. It sparked conversations, online and offline, about celebration, memory, and the simple power of a good clean.

Happier Twogether for Comedy Central:
In a world where screens often pull people apart, we used them to bring people together. SW Network created a first-of-its-kind dual-screen film where two smartphones had to be stacked to experience the full story. Dual-screen cinematography, audio sync, and NFC technology made the experience seamless. It was not just a film, it was an interaction that made couples laugh, connect, and remember Comedy Central for it.

Cleartrip – Don’t Be A Genius:
Travel hacks are everywhere. Book at 4 AM. Clear your cookies. Use an incognito window. Most of them do not work. SW Network turned this insight into a satirical book featuring Chetan Bhagat, poking fun at these myths. The book, paired with a humorous film and digital inserts, pointed users toward a smarter way to save with SuperCoins. The campaign reached millions, boosted awareness sharply, and made people laugh at their own “genius” travel moves.

Flipkart Flying Billboard:
When Flipkart launched Samsung’s F55 5G, they wanted to showcase how light it was. SW Network quite literally lifted a billboard into the sky. A massive inflatable floated mid-air, catching attention without shouting for it. The activation turned heads on-ground and took over social media, earning millions of views and organic engagement. A simple product truth, made impossible to miss.

BMW Road Safety Week – You Win When You Ride Safe:
For BMW Motorrad India, SW Network reimagined nostalgia to push a serious message. Inspired by the classic game Road Rash, the campaign used reels, billboards, and static creatives to talk about riding safe. It targeted young riders, communities, and even families, reminding everyone that in real life, the only way to win is to ride responsibly.

Each campaign, while different in tone and execution, was built with the same belief. Tell a story that feels real. Solve a real problem. Make the work worth remembering.

6. What makes your agency stand out from the rest?
What sets SW Network apart is how its different verticals work together as one. Creative, production, performance, and influencer marketing are not handled in isolation. Each piece connects with the others, building a system where ideas are thought through, built right, and taken to the finish line — all under one roof.
That network effect is what makes the work sharper and the output stronger. SW Creative sets the direction. SW Studios brings it to life without compromise. Youthbeat connects the message to the right people through creators and communities. SW Growth Labs ensures it reaches at scale, with performance that can be measured, tracked, and improved.
Clients are not managing five partners for one campaign. They work with one team that is already in sync. This means faster decisions, cleaner execution, and clearer results.
SW Network is not built on layers. It is built on collaboration. That’s what keeps the work honest, efficient, and aligned to real business goals. And that’s what keeps clients coming back.

7. What has been the biggest hurdle in your agency?

The biggest hurdle has been protecting the culture as we grow.

When you are small, culture builds itself. Everyone is close, decisions are quick, and energy moves naturally. As the team grows, it takes more effort and intent to keep that spirit alive.

But it is also one of the most rewarding parts of the journey. It has made us more thoughtful about who we hire, how we build teams, and how we stay true to what matters — collaboration, ownership, and hunger.

Growth brings new challenges, but it also brings new opportunities to strengthen and evolve the culture further. We see it as an ongoing responsibility, and a big part of what will shape the next chapter of SW Network.

8. What are some of the key future goals or projects that the agency is working towards?

Projects will always come and go as BAU. The real focus is much bigger.
The next journey is about building a truly global, independent agency network from India. Not just exporting campaigns, but exporting ideas, thinking, and ways of working.
We will continue to add value to clients, people, and the industry. The focus areas are clear. D2C, lifestyle, BFSI, auto, and FMCG will be at the heart of our next phase.
We want to take India-born creativity to brands across markets, while staying rooted in what makes the work real and relevant.

9. How has the company culture affected overall performance?

At SW Network, culture has always been treated as P0. It is not about perks or buzzwords. It is about how people feel when they come to work and the sense of ownership they carry into everything they do.

From day one, the oragnisation has operated on a simple, non-negotiable rule: zero office politics. Teams are encouraged to focus on the work, not on navigating egos. This clarity has helped build an environment where ideas move faster and collaboration feels natural.

Meritocracy sits at the heart of the system. The best ideas win, no matter where they come from. Roles and years do not matter as much as the quality of thinking and impact. This mindset has helped create a culture of real ownership, which directly reflects in the work.

Leadership building has also been a priority. Many of the current heads of functions started with SW Network early in their careers. The oragnisation believes in growing leaders by giving real responsibility early and letting people learn by doing.

Leading by example remains a core value. Hustle, honesty, and accountability are expected because they are practiced across the board.

Transparency is key. Everyone knows where the oragnisation stands, what is working, and where improvement is needed. With ESOPs now in place, the core team has real skin in the game, reinforcing a collective sense of building something that lasts.

This strong, clear culture has not just shaped the work environment. It has directly contributed to SW Network’s overall performance, helping the oragnisation stay agile, consistent, and resilient over the years.

10. What roles is the agency hiring for and how to reach out?

SW Network is always looking for good talent across creative, strategy, production, media, and growth teams. Roles are open across different levels and locations.

Those who are hustlers, enterprising, and have the fire to do great work that creates real impact are welcome to reach out.
