School of Arts with a degree in Commercial Art, spent over a decade in advertising  including nine years at J. Walter Thompson, shaping campaigns for iconic brands such as Lux, Pears, Clinic, Kodak, De Beers, Godrej, and ITC. Her lifelong passion for art, design, and architecture, enriched by travels across twelve European countries, continues to influence her creative sensibilities, a perspective rooted in tradition, refined with modernity, and defined by calm, timeless elegance with powerful simplicity.

When her son, Arjun Bhargava, shared his vision for Forest Hill in 2021, Ratna saw an opportunity to channel her expertise in design and storytelling into something deeply personal. Her unique female perspective has become a defining influence on the brand, ensuring that every product not only performs at the highest level but also resonates as part of a man’s lifestyle and identity. Together, this mother–son collaboration has created a brand that balances heritage design sensibilities with modern luxury performance, setting Forest Hill apart in the men’s grooming industry.
